Sherry Cobbler = Oloroso Sherry + Lemon + Fresh Fruit. I was surprised as to how much I enjoyed this drink - it was smooth and zesty and icey and yeasty. It had a nice full mouthfeel due to the sherry.
P.S. Did you know that the Beach Chalet was built in 1925?! Neato > read the history here!
