Pisco Punch @ Pisco Lounge = vinas de oro pisco + pineapple gomme + macerated pineapple. This pisco punch is super citrusy/pineapple-ly & the wedge served with it is meaty & juicy. Pisco is a smokey peaty white brandy made in Peru from muscat grapes. The pineapple in this cocktail paired really well - it tasted like a roasted pineapple in liquid form. According to my scribbly notes: the bartender said I must check out Big in the Tenderloin for some serious mixology magic. He also hooked me up with a Pisco Sour, what a guy!
