Verbatim from 15 Romolo's libations menu, Pimm's Cup = featuring homemade ginger syrup brewed by a ginger fairy, choice: anything but scotch, pimm's, cucumber, mint, lemon juice, ginger, bitters, soda water. Pimm's Cups are quickly becoming on of my favorite cocktails. So refreshing, everytime, for all time, times infinity. They have a real good drinkability and zing to 'em. This one must be extra good because of the homemade ginger syrup concocted by the ginger fairy, there is no other logical explanation. Go to 15 Romolo for it's lively yet low-key atmosphere & epic photobooth, it's located on the Romolo alleyway, just a stones throw from the strippers in the heart of North Beach.
